How VSC TWENTY8 Nutrition works?

VSC Nutrition is a 28 day plan which is designed to help you loose wight and maximise your performance. You will have weekly consults with your Coach where you will be kept accountable for all your decision in relation to nutrition. 

In this meeting your coach will lay out your meal plans 7 days at a time, and go through each meal with you so you can ask any questions that you may have.

One of the many benefits of a weekly meeting with your Coach is that you can discuss how you are going with your meal plans, whats working for you and whats not working for you, then together with your Coach, you can discuss any alterations that could be possible if required.  

Your Coach is there to help you every step of the way and will guide you to creating healthy eating habits that will stay with you for life.

Upon signing up, you will receive a 1 on 1 consultation where you and a VSC Coach will discuss , in depth your current nutrition and your goals for the future.  Your learning will start immediately, you will be presented with simple and easy to understand information about what constitutes healthy eating and how to get started.  In addition, your measurements will be taken and the 30 day platform will be outlined in detail to you.

After the initial consultation has been done, your VSC Coach will create a weekly meal plan that they will present to you in your first Meal Plan meeting.  Each meal plan has a shopping list attached to it that will also be discussed.  

Your Commitment:

The Coaches at VSC are dedicated to helping you however in order for this program to work, it requires 100% of your commitment. 

For 28 days you must:
