VSC Barbell Club is the home of Weightlifting at CrossFit VSC.
Headed up by Coach Sam, this class is designed for you to get additional help with your weightlifting and in turn help you reach your strength goals.
Members will be able to utilise this class in addition to their regular classes and focus on their strength development through additional programming and testing.
How it works:
If you would like additional help with your Snatch, Clean and Jerk, then you can get additional pointers from Coach Sam and functional drills that will help you become a better weightlifter. This class can be used in addition to your normal CrossFit classes when needed.
Alternatively, if overall strength development is your focus, then you will be put on a strength program that will help you reach your strength goals.
Classes are 1 hour long and will run on Monday to Thursday at 4pm.
