30 minute Personal Training
Our 30 minutes PT sessions are an efficient program where we will work through a safe, effective and proven strength and conditioning protocol that will be tailored to helping you achieve all of your fitness goals.
During this session we will look at your current nutrition and help you develop a greater understanding of what constitutes healthy eating, how to effectively approach healthy eating and how to maintain a positive relationship with food.
Goal Setting Consultation
During these sessions, you will learn the best approach to setting and achieving success with fitness goals you cannot wait to conquer. We will explore the realm of possibility and show you how you can use this vision to create your ultimate reality, immediately!
If you have specific goals that you want to dedicate more time to but don't know how then this service is for you. We can design programs that can help you with increasing your strength, increasing muscle size, increase conditioning level, developing your gymnastics, developing your weightlifting and much more. After this session, you will receive a 4-week program that we will walk you through before starting.
