CrossFit Oly

If you train frequently and have a strong fitness base, but have never done Olympic Weightlifting then our CrossFit Oly course if for you.

In CrossFit Oly you will learn the basics of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. These movements are both highly technical and require some time to master. During this course you will be introduced to the basics of each lift and you will be given a fundamental understanding of each movement pattern.
