The Kipping Pull Up

If your tired of your pull-ups taking up heaps of time in your WODS and the kipping pull up seems to hard, check out the following collection of videos that best demonstrates what you need to do to achieve an effective and efficient Kipping Pull up.

The more you become familiar with this movement, the greater the confidence you will have to give it a go when your at the Box next.

Remember, this is not supposed to be an easy move, it takes great coordination and skill to knock them out, so be patient and consistent and before you know it you will be bashing kips out like a machine.
