Back Squat - 1/5 weeks where each week reps will decrease as weight increases.
7 Minutes to work up to a heavy set of 5.
Heavy set must be over 85% of 1Rm.
Then 10 minutes to complete
5x5 Back squats at this weight.

15x Toes To Bar
5x Bar Muscle Ups
