The Free Trial is designed to give you an understanding of what CrossFit is and what you can expect at CrossFit VSC.
Our experienced Coaches will teach and guide you through the correct technique of each exercise, and adapt the workout to meet your individual level of ability and experience. This class goes for approximately 45 minutes.
